Permanent Jewelry Event Activation: Chains and charms are purchased by the host to be gifted at the event. Bulk pricing is available for quantities of 40+ bracelets.

Our private parties are available in all of our “Home base” locations and surrounding areas: Charlotte, NC; Las Vegas, NV; Orlando, FL; and New York, NY.

Most private permanent jewelry parties last 1.5 to 3 hours, depending on the number of guests and the jewelry selections chosen. We typically plan for 5–10 minutes per guest, allowing enough time for each person to select their chain, get custom-fitted, and have their piece professionally welded. Larger or more customized parties may require additional time, which we’ll coordinate in advance.

Absolutely! The Nomadic Jeweler is a nationwide mobile permanent jewelry provider. We travel for private events across the U.S., bringing our full setup directly to your home or venue. Travel fees may apply depending on location, and we’re happy to discuss logistics during the booking process.

We recommend booking your permanent jewelry party 4–6 weeks in advance, especially for weekends, peak seasons, or popular travel dates. For larger private events or destination gatherings, earlier booking is encouraged to secure availability and allow time for planning. Last-minute requests may be accommodated based on schedule availability.
